Case Study 01
An elderly British resident passed away in Phuket, leaving behind papers in three languages and documents from Thailand, the UK, and Singapore. The family, based in different countries, had no clear picture of what existed locally.
Two Records Organisation sessions were used to sort and label all physical documents, create a bilingual index, and identify which items related to which country. We provided a written list of the professionals — in Thailand, the UK, and Singapore — the family should approach for next steps.
The family had a complete, labelled physical archive within two weeks of engagement. Each sibling received a digital copy of the index. They could each engage the relevant professionals in their own country knowing exactly what documentation existed. "We could not have started the formal process without this. It felt less overwhelming once everything was named and in one place."
Case Study 02
A Thai couple, both in their sixties, wanted to put their affairs in order for the benefit of their adult children. They had land in Phang Nga province, savings accounts, and insurance policies but had never formally sat down to document what they held.
The Archive Programme was spread across four sessions over two months. We digitised all key documents, built a folder structure the couple could maintain themselves, and helped them write personal wishes in their own words. We pointed them to the Land Department and a recommended notarial service for the formal steps.

Case Study 03
A Swiss family preparing to return to Europe after 12 years in Phuket needed to understand what succession-related obligations might arise and what documentation they would need before they left Thailand.
An Estate Organisation Information Session covered the general succession concepts relevant to foreign property owners in Thailand, the typical document trail, and the types of Thai and Swiss professionals who would need to be involved. No specific advice was given on their situation.
The family left the session with a clear, written list of the document categories they held and a named set of professional bodies to approach in Thailand and Switzerland. "Two hours that probably saved us months of confusion."
